Hello, I’m Charo
For most of my career, my professional work and my personal curiosity existed side by side.
Professionally, I was building a career in public relations and marketing. Personally, I was constantly reading, listening to podcasts, taking courses, earning certifications, and exploring different perspectives on personal growth and leadership.
Over time, those two worlds began to merge.
I realized the most meaningful insights weren't found in one book, one philosophy, or one expert. They came from integrating different perspectives while learning to trust my own experience and wisdom.
As those two worlds came together, Every Curious Step became a natural extension of both my professional experience and my personal journey.
I've built my career helping organizations strengthen relationships, communicate with purpose, build meaningful partnerships, and navigate growth.
Working across nonprofit, corporate, arts, entertainment, and community organizations has given me the opportunity to see challenges from many different perspectives, an experience that continues to shape how I support mission-driven organizations and individuals today.
